I’m the CEO of Bango, a business I co-founded to help make the mobile web and its potential easily available to all. Before that, I started or angel funded a number of successful hi-tech companies outside mobile. I’ve been surprised how different the “mobile world” is from IT – mainly because of the existence of the “mobile operators” who seem to have a big influence on the pace of innovation and on complexity.
Outside Bango and business life, I am married and have girls 9 and 11 – and live in Cambridge UK. I’m a keen pilot and fly whenever I get the chance. I also enjoy tasty food and gadgets. Musical tastes are fairly wide - but especially Electro, Neo-Goth and Trance.
